Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping:

Shipping is complimentary within the United States, but a nominal fee of $10 is applied for shipping to destinations outside the United States.

Shipping within the United States typically takes up to 10 days and is usually managed by FedEx. International shipping durations may vary and are often handled by FedEx or DHL. After processing an order, a tracking number will be issued. Kindly allow us three business days for order processing. While we aim to process orders promptly upon receipt, coordination with our agents in different countries and time zones may be necessary.

Returns:

Returns must be initiated within a week (7-days) of recite of the item.  To return a product, please mail it to Josh’s Kitenge at 1022 J St, Centralia, WA 98531, USA. We suggest contacting us first via email at joshskitenge@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can send a text or WhatsApp message to +1-360-669-9676. Please note, phone calls may go unanswered, so texting is preferred.

Refunds:

Refunds will be granted based on the issue encountered with the product. Upon receiving the item, unused and in its original condition, Josh’s Kitenge will evaluate it and decide whether to issue a full or partial refund.

Our goal is to maintain a satisfied customer base. Acting as intermediaries between you and our Kenyan partners, we guarantee that you will receive exactly what you ordered. Our agents in Kenya meticulously inspect the products before shipping them to you.
