International Shipping
- Free Global Shipping: We offer one flat price for all our products, inclusive of free shipping to any destination worldwide. No hidden costs or additional fees—just straightforward pricing for your convenience.
Kenyan Customers
- Exclusive Local Discounts: We are delighted to offer our Kenyan customers special discounted prices on our products. Please note that these discounted prices do not include shipping fees.
- Shipping Fees for Kenyan Orders: Shipping fees for orders within Kenya are calculated based on the delivery destination. These fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
General Information
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Custom-made orders and specialty requests: May require additional processing time, as the duration depends on the specific requirements needed to fulfill your order; however, we will maintain constant communication with you regarding progress updates.
- Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Josh’s Kitenge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Custom Clothing Order & Payment Policy
At Josh’s Kitenge, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made clothing tailored to your unique preferences. To ensure smooth transactions and timely fulfillment of orders, we have established the following policy regarding custom clothing orders, deposits, and payments:

Deposit Requirement

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom clothing orders before production begins. This deposit covers the costs of materials, labor, and design, ensuring your piece receives the highest level of care and attention.

Final Confirmation & Payment

Upon completion of your order, we will send a picture of the finished item for your final approval and review of any last details.

Customers have 7 days from the date of notification to confirm their approval and pay the remaining 50% balance. Only after receiving the balance will the item be shipped.

Failure to Complete Payment

If the full payment is not received within 7 days of the notification, the custom item will be made available for sale to other customers.

The 50% deposit will be forfeited, as it covers the costs associated with production, and the order will be considered canceled.

Extensions & Special Cases

If you require additional time due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us before the 7-day deadline to discuss possible accommodations.

Extensions may be granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed. We aim to be flexible whenever reasonable.

Return and Refund Policy
- We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
- Exceptions/Non-returnable Items: Custom ordered clothing cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Exchanges: To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
- European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period: EU customers can return items within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at josh@joshskitenge.com.
