How long will it take to create my custom clothing? The production time varies depending on the complexity of your design. Typically, custom orders are completed within 1 to 2 weeks, or even sooner in some cases. Rest assured; we’ll keep you informed throughout the entire process!
What is required to start my custom order? To begin production on your custom order, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once the deposit is received, our team will secure the specially requested materials and start crafting your piece with care and precision.
Can I make changes to my custom order after placing it? In some situations, changes may be possible at no additional cost, depending on the adjustments requested and whether production has already started. We will always do our best to accommodate your request and make any adjustments to satisfy our customers, aiming for as little of a price increase as possible.
How will I know when my custom item is ready? Once your item is complete, we’ll send you a picture of the final product for your approval. After you confirm the final touches, we’ll request the remaining 50% balance. Once payment is received, your bespoke creation will be shipped to you promptly!
What if I’m not satisfied with my custom item? Your satisfaction is our priority! If there’s an issue with the design or craftsmanship, we’ll gladly work with you to find a solution. However, please note that changes cannot be made after the final approval picture and payment confirmation, as production will be complete by then.
What happens if I don’t complete my payment in time? If the final payment is not received within 7 days after we notify you that your item is ready, your custom piece will be made available for sale to other customers, and your deposit will be forfeited as per our policy. Let us know as quickly as possible if you need an extension to this time limit, and we will accommodate you within reason.
How do I make a payment? We offer several convenient payment options, including PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and bank transfer. We can even accept payment using MPesa, which can be sent directly to our Kenyan manager. Once your custom item is ready for shipment, we will send you an invoice detailing the final balance.
Can I cancel my custom order? Custom orders can only be canceled prior to the start of production. Once the production process begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as resources will have already been allocated to your custom piece.
